Jack Romans

Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA-1), Kennel Attendant

Jack was born and raised here in West Plains, Missouri and has been around animals his entire life.  Both his parents worked with animals, so Jack was raised around beef and dairy cattle and had experience with showing horses as a kid.  During his school years he was very active in youth rodeo, riding broncos and bulls.  During high school he was very active in FFA, serving as an officer, a member of the cattle working team, and a dairy judging team at Dora High School.  During his high school years he also worked at various dairy farms in the area and had a small business training coon dogs.  Before joining us at the Animal Clinic of West Plains in December 2008, Jack attended Missouri State University West Plains as well as welding school.  Jack really enjoys coming to work everyday to learn and care for the animals. He also enjoys the fellowship of the people he works with.  In his spare time, Jack loves to ride horses and raises Boer goats.
