Vaccination Schedule for Dogs and Cats:

Dogs: |
|
DHPP
vaccinations are given at 6 and 9 weeks of
age.
DHLPP vaccinations are given at 12 and 15
weeks, then boosted annually
Bordetella (Nasal) is given to dogs less
than 1 year old, then requires an annual
booster.
Bordetella (Injectable) is given to dogs
over 1 year old. This vaccine requires a 3
week booster and is then boosted annually.

Cats:
|
|
FVRCP or Feline Combo (FVRCP + Leukemia)
vaccinations are given at 6, 9, and 12 weeks
of age; then boosted annually.

|
FIV vaccinations are given in a series of
3 vaccines, each 3 to 4 weeks apart, then
boosted annually.
FIV is especially recommended for outdoor
cats ... after a negative Feleuk/FIV test!
|
|
Rabies vaccinations in dogs and cats
are always given at, or after 12 weeks of
age.
Note: If vaccinations are started later than
6 weeks of age, the animal must have a
minimum of 3 vaccines given 3 weeks apart.
The last vaccination must be given after 16
weeks of age. |
